09-15-2025While our experience with Michelle at Public Storage in Dublin was truly outstanding, we were ultimately forced to leave because of the company's aggressive rental increases. Michelle went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and maintain a very clean facility. She even tried to help us by holding off the increase for a short time. We are only vacating because of the cost, not because of the service, and we are disappointed that the company's pricing policy prevented us from staying.
