01-08-2026We stored our RV at the Pleasant Hill Public Storage and later found the catalytic converter had been cut and removed. We notified management and filed a police report (1/8/26). The converter was recovered from the facility office storage area and was damaged. Overall, this did not feel like a secure place for outdoor RV storage and communication from management was not clear. We would not recommend this location.

01-04-2026Space D-76. December 28,2025. Pleasant Hill. We stored our RV here after driving from Florida. Our Catalytic Converter was stolen within a few days. (we werent the only victims) Not a safe or secure situation for outside storage!!! Never again. And now 01/05/26, and not one word, to us, from Public Storage Management. Not one word.
