12-12-2025I spoke with a lady named Ann I believe. She was very polite and efficient. She could hear that it was bad time to talk for me and offered to call me at a later time. I declined and said I would call back on my own. She said she would work on in the meantime. I wasn't able to connect with her again, but she still handled my request. I appreciate the polite, honest, no hassle customer service.

11-10-2025If I could give them a zero, I would. I have been trying to reach these people for 5 days to rent an additional space with no success. No one is EVER AT THE ACTUAL PROPERTY, so when the elevators go down or there is a problem, there is absolutely no one to talk to!!! All of my belongings along with everyone elses were held hostage for 2 weeks because the elevator didnt work and no one from the corporate office responded in a timely fashion
