01-09-2026Edit (1/10/26) Looked at moving to 2 different 5x5 units. Each had a dimension less than 4.5 ft! 51 rounds down to 4 not up to 5. Anyone looking online needs to keep in mind that the listed dimensions may be almost a whole foot off. This is blatant misrepresentation bordering on false advertisement from Extra Space. BUT as far as this location, Antoine and Oliver have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with! Edit (10/16/2025): Manager was very helpful! Still feel scammed by the sales side of things. Edit (7/14/2025): BAIT & SWITCH MONTHLY RATES. I was very specific when I signed up about the rate that I was getting. I confirmed more than once that it was not a promotional rate and would not suddenly jump up in x months. 3 months later, I get a sneaky piece of mail informing me that my promotional rate has expired and the new rate is almost double. Also, previous review: Sizes are not accurate. Ask for your actual units dimensions. So far my experience has been pretty good but I was surprised at how approximate the sizes are labeled. Its very much bordering on misleading or toward straight up bait and switch. My 5x7 unit is closer to 46 by 63. Keep that in mind if youre trying to store anything close to the size of the room dimensions. Im storing something 57.5 wide (2.5 less than 5) and it wont fit along the supposed 5 wall. They were not open to re-designating the unit as the more accurate size of 5x6. Overall this is not a dealbreaker for me but it may be for some.
