01-01-2026Do not rent here. I rented a unit from Extra Space Storage in September and raised concerns in advance after reading many reviews about rent increases without notice. I was told this would not happen. After only a few months, the rent increased without any prior notification, and I only discovered it at the payment stage. This is exactly what many other customers describe. If you store your belongings here, be aware that pricing can change unilaterally and without clear notice. If you doubt this, check the companys reviews and complaints on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website, where many customers report the same issue.
