12-18-2025I'm so happy. I had an incredible experience with the team at Extra Storage (except for the person who answered my first call from the call center - she gave me a lot of wrong info). After talking to the call center, Biancha sent me a text message and confirmed my reservation. I was impressed by that nice touch! I was able to easily call them back and start telling them about my needs while I was en route. I needed a rental unit today but they were closing in 20 minutes. Delesia stayed late was so incredibly patient and kind to me as I asked her a gazillion questions about each of the units. She was a great listener, super helpful and so friendly. I loved her sweet demeanor and positive energy. She was very knowledgeable about the units and gave great insights about each. I locked in 6 months to get an even better deal. Thank you, I appreciate you, Delesia! She deserves a raise and promotion! ?? Update: Today smelled bad. But I think that's Milpitas' fault, not the storage facilities ?? Update Dec 19, 2025: Biancha is my hero!!! There were issues with the billing and she handled it with so much care I almost cried. I was dreading the conversation because it felt so stressful, but she was super kind, understanding and compassionate to my situation. I walked in with fear, dread, and trepidation and walked out happy, excited, and so relieved. Thank you so so so so much, Bianca! You renewed my faith in and loyalty to this company. I appreciate you, Bianca!!! ??????
