09-05-2026You CANNOT trust Extra Space Storage. This business is the SCAM of the century. All they care about is getting your money. They honestly couldn't care less about customers. It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer. There are NO rewards for loyalty. Extra Space Storage lures you in at a lower price with deceptive marketing, and then they immediately jack up the price and continue to do so NONSTOP. There should be state legislation which prevents storage companies from doing this. Please take 5 minutes to email the Governor at https://www.gov.ca.gov/contact/ with a demand for this legislation. Storage is NOT worth it. It COSTS a fortune. And all storage facilities are plagued with rats, mice, and moths. It's just the nature of a storage facility. The mice and moths at this facility ruined thousands of dollars worth of my belongings. I highly recommend you AVOID requiring a storage space altogether.

09-04-2026The facility is always clean, management and staff are on top of everything and the place runs efficiently. Wonderful kind friendly people in the front office, handling all issues expediently. The price can go up fast and hard, but that's not under their control, that's industry wide now. If you have to store, this is the place to do it, you won't find a better storage place. For real. Just stay attentive and applied to the task of consolidating and tightening up ship! Don't store it and forget about it, it's a good way to get organized and get yourself in order.
