Her name is Stephanie and I was able to speak with her at the location regarding getting a storage unit. The reviews were right, she did an excellent job and made it a great experience for me, answering all my questions and showing me the property and units. The whole process was a breeze. 03-02-2026Stephanie is incredible and makes your experience easy and stress free. She is thorough, informative and friendly. She provides great communication for any updates or shifts regarding your move in/out. We have had a couple less than ideal experiences with the company. PS raises their prices frequently and it gets ridiculous. You can go online to find a cheaper unit but then you have to pay all the fees, lock, set up or whatever else - then you have to move! PS has this downpat and it costs you either way. Our other complaint was we had an outside unit that was broken into and several items were stolen. That was not great either but Stephanie had our back - she is really great.

02-28-2026I have been at this location for many years, Place is always clean. Stephanie always returns my calls when I have question regarding payment or upgrading to a larger storage unit, which I did recently. Been to other storage places previously, I am totally satisfied here.

02-27-2026Ive never rented a storage unit before. 3 things that surprised me: 1) I was able to secure a spot over the phone. I spoke to a very professional customer service associate (Shawn) over the phone. He was detailed and patient with all my questions. He got me all set up within 15 minutes. 2) As I was moving my stuff in the unit, a real life human (her name is Stephanie) greeted me to check in on how the move was going and if I had any questions. I didnt but she gave me a phone # to call in case something came up. Stephanies impeccable level of customer service impressed me. 3) Cancelling was as easy as 1,2,3. I thought I would have to go through hell to get out, but nope. It was easy peasy. Stephanie called me to confirm and gave me all the instructions so I didnt get charged any extra fees. Seriously, the professionalism and customer service I experienced with Public Storage was refreshing, and very much appreciated. Ok one more I was able to open the gate with the app. What!!??? Yep, mind blown All in all a 12/10 experience. If I ever need storage again, Ill be back at this specific location.

She is friendly, fast, efficient and always serves up economical and location-convenient alternatives. Overall the location is clean and easy to access.
