08-31-2026My husband and I have upsized our storage space 3 times at this location. Marion has always been there to assist us, both by phone and in person. She is such an asset to your team. Always professional and approachable, willing to get answers if she doesn't have them at the ready. She is perfect on follow-up, never fails to get back to us. While this is an older facility, and is structured a bit different, we love it here. It would be great, if the rates didn't increase quite as much as they do, or if the elevator could be repaired quicker, but all in all, the service provided by Marion keeps us coming back!
