08-28-2026I cant say enough good things about Lila. My husband and I are currently going through a very stressful interstate move, with what feels like a million things to coordinate, and Lila made this part of our transition so much easier. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, responsive, and willing to help. Whenever we needed something, she immediately did her best to accommodate us and find a solution. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She also runs the facility extremely well. Everything is organized, the rules are clearly and consistently enforced, and the property is kept clean despite being an older facility. Even the restroom is always very well maintained. During a stressful move, having someone who is reliable, helpful, and genuinely cares makes an enormous difference. We truly appreciate Lilas efforts, dedication, and the way she treats her customers. Public Storage is very fortunate to have her!

08-27-2026When I saw the number of good reviews here I was a bit sceptical. But they are true. Believe me. Management makes a total difference. And, after renting for 3 months, Im happy to give my own review. Lila is absolutely wonderful and honestly the main reason I chose this particular Public Storage location. Before renting, I read several reviews here mentioning how helpful she was, and after dealing with her myself, I completely understand why. She is extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. Every time we had a question or needed something, she responded immediately and did everything she could to assist us. What also impressed me is how well she manages the property. She enforces the rules consistently, which keeps everything organized, clean, and running smoothly. The facility itself is older, but it is very clean, affordable, and well maintained. Even the bathroom is always kept in great condition. I have been to other Public Storage locations with newer facilities, but the employees were nowhere near as helpful or attentive as Lila. Great management makes a huge difference, and Lila is an exceptional manager. I would absolutely recommend this location because of her.

08-21-2026Lila was amazing ! Do not know what I would have done without her!!!!! The public storage app and website is Not user friendly. It was an aweful experience working with Public Storage until I was able to speack and get amazing service from a human Being. Thank you Lila for helping corrdinating a much less stressful time just trying to rent a space. Corporations need to know how aweful it is when they do not staff and take care of hard workers.
