04-25-2026Just met with Scott he went above and beyond to show me the space and followed up. Something youd expect to be the standard nowadays but definitely not the same for every staff and employee. I highly recommend working with her going through Scott if youre going to be renting with Public Storage in South San Francisco or Daly City

03-22-2026New units are dirty and filled with moth casings. The roof looks like it leaks. The building might have a rat problem. There is no dolley in each of the buildings or floors for moving.

02-27-2026This is a bad place to store your things, 1st is it's dirty and smells like someone is living there. 2nd they stole our things in our storage, someone change the padlock and stole my kitchen utensils and all my toiletries, I have a bunch of laundry soaps, chlorox wipes and a brand new speaker and dyson heater. I hate to write a review but please out a camera along the hallway
