08-08-2026First, a resounding thumbs up for Stephanie! A very pleasant, thoughtful person who is also extremely professional and efficient at the same time! Rare qualities, these days, in customer service/customer facing employees. Next, this has been my first experience renting from Public Storage. I have been a loyal Extra Space Customer for years! We needed a large drive-up access unit but was having a difficult time finding one (10x20) and at a decent rate. Prices were all over the place. So, I had put out a few inquiries my needs. Within minutes, Stephanie reached out to me to qualify what we needed. Again, she was very thorough, professional, efficient AND pleasant the entire time! She also nailed my requirements and concerns which prompted me sign-up for her 10x20 drive-up access unit right then on that phone call. However, I then caught a virus and couldnt start moving for over a week. Heres where Stephanies extra customer care showed up. She called me twice to check if everything was okay with me and Public Storage and her support! Who does stuff like that anymore?!?! Yesterday, I finally showed up to see the unit I rented (month 2 for free) and she happened to be there. She remembered who I was, asked me how Im feeling then offered to take me to the unit, show me around and give me all the tips she could to have a successful rental with them! Just a fantastic experience and, from other reviews, seems like a given with Stephanie and her team!
