05-31-2026This is an appreciation shout out regarding my visit to my unit at the Extra Space Storage location. When I entered my unit, it was extremely hot. I went to the office to report it, and the assistant manager, Burney, was on it immediately. He located and adjusted the thermostat (even though he was not on his main site) and cooled the unit down right away. He also checked back with me to confirm it was better and when I let him know it wasnt quite where it needed to be, he said he would lower it further. Having a temperature controlled unit is essential for me and my belongings and I truly appreciate how seriously he took the concern and how quickly he handled it. Thanks again for your support and please recognize Bernie for his responsiveness, professionalism and follow through.
