12-26-2025Very happy with this new storage unit. My old unit got too expensive and limited access hours. This unit offers unlimited access hours which is great. Heather was on point with her customer service also the guys who were there when we moved in and provided us with a carts. Very happy with my new unit at Public Storage.

12-25-2025Rates increase without notice. My rate went from $120 to over $260. The rental size didnt increase just the GREED of new owners. Never have carts available if one is available must leave DL then office personnel are gone when trying to retrieve your ID. STAY AWAY!
