02-03-2026Last month they took my payment over the phone this time they cant. Donna was great. But was not able to help. I will be moving out March. Since its very inconvenient for my self. My husband comes home next month. And we are clearing it. Thank you so much public storage. I will not be using them in the future. Please give your employees the tools to do their job to help the customers.

Super helpful, friendly, and actually knows what shes doing which is rare these days. This is the kind of customer service that makes you say, Yeah, Im staying here for a while. If Public Storage is smart, theyll give Donna a raise ASAP because shes holding this place down. Ask for her if you come here shell take care of you.
