05-17-2025I was robbed of half the contents of my storage unit, including valuable furniture. A lock was installed without my knowledge, not by Public Storage, and now I cant access my unit without hiring a locksmith at my own expense. No help from their main line and no accountability whatsoever. I strongly advise against storing anything here.

05-02-2025This gotta be the worst storage facility ever. Always busy cant ever get it. Dont lose your keys cause itll take 2 Weeks for a district manager to cut your lock OR you can pay a professional lock smith ON TOP of the outrageous monthly prices. Cant wait to vacate. Dont waste your time on this place.
