The property manager, Pam, is awesome!! She is diligent, industrious, attends to the property like it's her own, is super customer-oriented, helpful, friendly, and great to do business with. Public places like this are always difficult to manage because so many different people are constantly coming and going. Pam does a terrific job, and is a big part of the reason we chose this property for our storage. Thanks Pam!!

Rented a unit here at Willow Glen Dr everything was great and super easy to reserve and complete rental online. I did have a website snag but spoke to a Public Storage rep Pam at the Lemon Grove location she was very helpful throughout the process and has a very kind demeanor even when I got confused about where my unit actually was at haha (inside joke). Yesterday while I was at my unit I met and chatted with Public Storage rep Natasha who was also very helpful she answered all my questions with a warm genuine smile on her face and we even had some nice chats about my trip to Alaska which hopefully she will also get to experience one day. If you're looking for a safe, clean and friendly environment Public Storage is the place the units are accessible 24/7 and you download an app to open and close the gate if you are not tech savvy you can also just type in the code. At the Lemon Grove location, Pam is very friendly, keeps the site clean, is always helpful! I had an issue with my PS App, was not able to use to open and close the gate, but Pam walked me through to make sure it worked. She's always cheerful in greeting me. Thank you, Pam!
