Customer service has been tremendous since I opened my account. In particular, Pam was very helpful in explaining everything about the process and the service provided by PS. She showed me around, showed me my unit, and was thorough in every way. On her day off, another employee, Jenny, called me to inform there was a problem with my unit- specifically, I had failed to lock it properly. This attention to detail makes me believe safety and security are very important to PS.

Ive had a storage unit at Public Storage for quite some time now, and honestly, the main reason I havent gone anywhere else is Pam. This location is in Lemon Grove, San Diego, and if Pam ever leaves, I might have to rethink my entire storage plan. Pam works here and makes every visit genuinely enjoyable. Shes always professional, always friendly, and always greets me with a smile and a hello. She lets me know to call if anything ever goes wrong, and you can tell she actually means it. Shes constantly hustling around the property making sure everything is clean, organized, and running the way it should. The place always looks great, and that doesnt happen by accident. I joke that I mostly come here just to say hi to Pam, but its only half a joke. The facility itself is solid. The fees are very reasonable, the units are climate-controlled, and its way nicer than other storage places Ive dealt with around San Diego. Theres always plenty of parking, the office hours are good, and the access hours are a huge win for me. Theyre open from 6 AM to 9 PM, which is clutch since I usually come after work. Most other storage facilities close at 6 PM, and with San Diego traffic, thats just not realistic. Bottom line: this Lemon Grove location runs smoothly because of Pam. She absolutely needs a raise immediately. Thanks, Pam, for all your hard work and for somehow making storage enjoyable. Five stars, no question.
