08-12-2026I rented a unit from this place and was told that my elderly father and myself would receive the same move-in special when I went in I was helped by Haley, who was very helpful. But when my dad went in, he dealt with the manager, Sarah and she hiked up the price on him and refused to speak with us regarding the difference and why his price changed. Needless to say I will be switching storages beware of the quote youre given over the phone and what they implement once youre in the office. !!!

08-11-2026The transparency throughout the process, the size and location of the property, easy access, and overall quietness really stood out to me. I also appreciated the help on understanding how the pricing changes throughout different months and periods. It was especially helpful to receive a credit for not being notified in a timely manner about a price change. Going forward, I now understand the importance of paying ahead of time to help avoid unexpected price increases. Overall, I appreciate the communication, transparency, and willingness to work with me\. It made the experience much more positive, and I would definitely consider this storage facility.
