From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Selina with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that immediately made me feel comfortable. Selina was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect storage unit that fit both my requirements and my budget. She made everything easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and explained each step clearly. When she showed me my unit, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. I even noticed Selina picking up small bits of debris as we walked, which really showed her pride in keeping the facility looking its best. It's the little things like that that speak volumes about the level of care and professionalism she brings to her job. As a small business owner, I also appreciated that she took the time to explain the after-hours access options and other business-friendly services they offer for picking up and dropping off materials.
