08-19-2024So far my experience with Extra Space Storage has been great. I reserved a 10x10 online and it was immediately ready. The staff called me shortly after to also let me know and was extremely polite and helpful. The unit was perfectly clean and easy to access. I had a question which they researched and called me back the next day, even lowered the price of my unit to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate all of the employees at extra space, the ease of reservation and access to my unit.

08-18-2024Great customer service by Alexandra. She listed to our short term needs and showed us our options. This is a convenient location with secure and clean units. I like that there are set office hours with someone there. The access hours are convenient for our needs too.
