10-28-2025Not only are the units infested with roaches and the roof has a material that melts onto all your belongings below, the unit raises rent every few months and has frequent surprise fees. Our unit is very difficult to access, as the latch for the lock is frequently stuck and requires a lot of force to open. Additionally, after having the unit for 2 months, they are increasing our rent from $140 a month to $250. They use "market value" and "market conditions" as a defense, but nearly doubling rent is price gouging plain and simple.
