Hearsay isn't based on facts, but rumors and lies. If that's the case then i would go to a Competitor storage facility who goes after the facts and evidence before a decision is made

Angela has a great attitude and eager to help with everything I needed the professionalism was amazing and her enthusiasm was beyond amazing and the positive energy was the best I have felt in a long time! I am thrilled to have her on board, as she is an exceptional young lady. Angela is consistently polite, eager to assist, and extremely knowledgeable not only about public storage but also about life in general. Her professionalism and courtesy are exemplary, and she always greets customers with a smile. Moreover, she treats every customer with the same level of respect and enthusiasm, maintaining a positive energy regardless of the individual. This is precisely what this property needed. Notably, when Angela is not attending to customers in the office, she is diligently cleaning the property and units. This is a welcome change from the previous experience, where it often seemed like an inconvenience to request assistance from the other lady, who frequently came across as short and rude. I sincerely hope that Angela will remain a part of the Public Storage team, as she is a true leader and an invaluable asset. AMEN!!
