08-23-2024Great for the first 6 months, then they doubled their rate. For that reason i only recommend short term storage here. I love the facility, it's nice being able to open the gate via their app, staff is nice. The only issue I had was when they decided it was time to double my rate they did not call, did not text, did not email, they only sent a letter which i never recieved (though i do belive they sent it). I called, surprised at my double charge, they said they are only legally required to physically mail notification, they don't contact via any other methods for that notice. So, if you're storing stuff because you're moving make sure you check the mail. I moved out immediately because doubling my rate is ridiculous!!
