11-17-2025Easy to set up a storage unit online but almost impossible to actually speak to anyone once youre in. I had an issue with my storage unit and needed to move the unit location but literally couldnt reach anyone for over a month. I called at least 5 times (no-one picks up) and went in person 3-4 times (no-one was in the office ever during the office hours). I was really frustrated & about to give up but decided to try going there 1 more time. Luckily Cindy was there. She helped me move my unit and was really helpful. She explained that they were understaffed & that she had been sent there from a different ExtraSpaceStorage location. Shes the only reason why I didnt cancel my storage unit & leave a 1 star review.

09-09-2025Located close to where I'm staying. Ran into a couple of bumps on move in, but Aaron was great and fixing the minor issues quickly so I could move in. Know that you will need to purchase a special cylinder lock from them if you do not have one. Online rental will automatically add this to your invoice. Pay in person if you do not need one. Overall I had a decent experience for the short time that I needed storage. It was easy to rent online. Thank you!
