08-04-2024My experience today at the Extra Space Storage Facility located at 6900 Franklin Blvd-Sac.started with a phone contact. The representative was Chris. Chris explained the rental process and clarified the difference between the options of an in person visit vs. online rental. Chris gave me excellent customer service advise and recommendation. When I arrived at the above location and entered the office space I was impressed with the mannerism and courtesy of the Asst Mgr. LaHai Sognandi. The office space was organized and cost for items displayed. The office space smelled clean (thats extra points given.) and was clean. I received fast and thorough customer service as well. In as well served today. Thank U!??
