04-17-2025Weve experienced a nearly 50% increase in our storage unit rate within just three months. What started at $178/month went to $197, and now suddenly jumped to $290. Dont be misled by their low introductory ratesits a bait-and-switch. Getting in touch with the property manager or even using their online chat is next to impossible. When we did reach someone, we were told they could raise prices however much they wanted and that nothing could be done. On top of that, the facility is outdated. The gate access through their app is unreliable, and many unit doors are partially blocked or hard to access due to barriers and size. Not worth the hassle or the price.
