09-02-2026I've used this location in the past and I've always been extremely satisfied. Their office staff is very helpful, I feel very safe whenever I'm there, and it's always been very clean. The only thing I wish is that there were more carts available. I've never seen more than three and for an entire building, that's just not enough. I know there's more at other entrances but a person shouldn't have to drive all over the place trying to find a cart. 9/3/26 UPDATE: I've spoken to the office many times and they seemed to have gotten the cart situation sorted out. I've also been told that if I'm ever at the building entrance and can't find one, I can just call the office and they will send somebody to fetch me one. I also wanted to commend one of their employees. His name is Louis Every time I've seen him he has been super helpful. Not only that but he's probably the friendliest and most pleasant person that I've spoken with. He always has a smile on his face and is very willing to help me in any situation. He's constantly offering his services and I think he is a wonderful asset to the Public Storage company!
