04-17-2025Update: Prior to vacating, Cindy convinced me to get a disk lock for insurance purposes. Come to find out that lock is pretty common for other facilities that require storage as padlocks like Masterlock are easily picked. I appreciate her insight and tight focus on security, working with me at the time could have potentially saved me thousands in lost items. Original: I have stored here for years and followed policy, as a result Ive been treated well. The property is clean, well-lit, and has active security cameras on site. The manager, while sometimes curt, is attentive and was willing to work with me on my late fees. The move out process was simple, and if I store stuff again then I will return to this facility. Cindy was EXCELLENT.
