08-28-2024Great experience. at the Johns Creek and Roswell, GA locations recently. I reserved a climate controlled unit online, arrived at the store to finalize the transaction and pick up my keys. Steve, the store manager had already reached out to me prior to my arrival to tell me a unit was not available there, but a sister location 2 miles away had availability. He had preemptively contacted that store manager, Bianca, so the process was expedited, handled professionally and efficiently. Steve and Bianca were both outstanding!! Very hands on, friendly and warm ??

This location is clean, still feels new, and everyone in the office is always kind and helpful. I definitely recommend renting storage units at this location.
