07-09-2025I have rented space from Extra Space storage on three occasions in two locations. They are a customer service business at it's very best. Personally answer their phones or text or email promptly. very willing to accommodate your needs and guide you to the lowest cost option for your situation. Immaculately clean facilities. 07-07-2025Deceptive Pricing Originally thought I was getting a great deal! I had even asked a customer service representative if this rate was just a first-month starting deal, and if the rate would be higher for the 4-6 subsequent months I was planning on renting, to which he replied that he would not expect the rate to increase during that time. But after 2 months, my rate didn't just increase, it DOUBLED. ** I later informed customer service about this situation, and they just responded that the contract I signed at time of purchase does not say this is a locked in rate. I understand that. I just am disappointed about the lack of transparency with that being a promo deal and the advertised price doesn't realistically reflect what my financial requirements would be for renting here. The facility itself is very nice. It is a clean space, I love the heated garage unloading space, the security systems seem effective, and the staff is friendly. I was just bummed that the price doesn't stand out from other facilities and will likely have to down-size to a smaller unit or move to a more affordable facility.

06-24-2025I rented a unit yesterday using the web site and was impressed with how easy the process was between sending my payment and having access to the unit. I immediately received an access code and a cylinder lock was waiting in the unit when I arrived. I was impressed by the cleanliness inside and how smooth everything was. I also received a phone call from the office shortly after completing the online process and was impressed by the level of customer service and willingness to make sure I didn't have any additional assistance needed.
