06-02-2025I had a storage there and I had spoken to a woman named JACKIE . I had asked her a question about my lock and I understood everything she was saying to me that it was going to take 3 weeks for someone to come out and cut off my lock due to me moving out of state . The whole time she was on the phone with me she had an ugly attitude and I asked if I can speak to a manager and she YELLED AT ME saying WELL I AM THE MANAGER YOU KNOW WHAT ?! And disrespectfully hung up on me . By far the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGER EVER !!!! If YOU HATE YOUR JOB dont work there SIMPLE . No need for an ugly attitude AND SHES A MANAGER ?! Who ACTS LIKE THAT AS A MANAGER but I gladly I got my things out and she TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER MONTH when I specifically told her Im not paying for another month . I just want my things gone why would I need to pay for another month .
