05-31-2025Had a really horrible experience by one of the on site employees Mia. She was very rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Refused to give corporate number or her name, and ended up calling the police when I said I was not leaving without corporates number. Guest service is a must and being cussed out over a minor disagreement is unacceptable. Still have not received a call back from corporate. If I could give less than one star I would.

03-29-2025I am giving five stars to Chrissy. I have only been a tenant for less than a month, and we are coming up on our hard move date for our house. We have been moving stuff in to the storage unit that we can't take to our apartment and the one thing that I needed to safeguard, my Dad's pickup which is 14.5 ft from nose to tail, some how stuck out 2 inches past the door of a 15ft unit. Well she made a bad situation better by performing a miracle and finding me a unit that would work. She literally saved my day and my Dad's truck. I wish that I could thank her more.
