From the moment I walked in, Gary was absolutely wonderful. He was so courteous, friendly, and professional, and he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. The paperwork was quick and straightforward, and Gary took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. The facility is brand new and exceptionally clean. My unit was spotless, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. It was honestly such a pleasant experience, especially when moving and storing your belongings can otherwise be stressful. A huge thank you to Gary for making everything so easy! He is truly an asset to Extra Space Storage. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally managed storage facility. **Five stars all the way!** ?????

I ran into issues and he fixed them immediately. Mariedel was also pleasant to work with and ensured that everything went smoothly. The team handled any concerns quickly and smoothly.
