She addressed every single one of my concerns about safety, security, bugs, floods, and more. She took me to see different units to help me visualize the space and even gave me ideas as to how to place the items. She broke down all the little details and worked with me to find the best solution. This felt like really personalized care and Ive never had anyone go above and beyond the way she did. In addition, the place is super clean and modern. I highly recommend this storage facility and even more so recommend you to have a chat with Whitney when in doubt.
