08-12-2026Today, I had the chance to experience one of the most beautiful moments of my life. I left my home to go to the Extra Storage store in Margate to change my payment method. While I was there, I had the chance to meet someone. It didnt take long before I felt very comfortable with her, as if I had known her all my life. We introduced ourselves, and her name is VICTORIA . The most beautiful part was that it was an incredible coincidence that we were born in the same month and on the same exact day. We had a great conversation about respect and how to treat people. She is a wonderful person and I think the company can be proud of her. We need these kind of people not only in business but in life in general. She got that smile that can automatically make you feel so comfortable that even if you had a bad day you would be able to feel way better. I know things happen for a reason and I believe that meeting her today wasnt just like that. All your circle should be proud of you V. Stay exactly the person that you are. May God bless you and everyone connected to you.

08-07-2026I visited the Extra Space Storage facility to check out both a 5x5 and a 10x5 unit. I didnt have an appointmentI was simply doing my homework, checking out different locations and seeing what was available. I had visited the Rock Creek locations about two weeks ago, but unfortunately, they didnt have any 10x5 units available. So, I thought, Why not check out the Margate location? Little did I know that this little storage-unit adventure was about to turn into such a delightful experience! Enter Mrs. V. (Im calling her V for short ??). Im not sure if I should use her name directly, but if you visit this location, youll know exactly who I mean. Shes maybe 5'2", has fabulous short gray hair, and possesses a smile so contagious it could probably brighten a room that had forgotten how to smile! From the moment I met her, I felt like I had known her forever. You know those rare people you meet and immediately think, Waitwhere have you been all my life? Yep. That was V. I came in just to look. My original plan was to wait until the end of September before renting, so I was in no rush. But then I started talking and laughing with Vand apparently, my carefully thought-out plans decided to take a vacation! ?? Before I knew it, I had gone from Im just looking to Okay, Im renting the 10x5! And honestly, I couldnt be happier with the decision. The facility is clean, the location is convenient, and the 10x5 unit is going to meet my needs and then some. But what really made the difference was the experience. V didnt make me feel like I was just another customer looking for a storage unit. She made me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. And lets be honestwhen youre shopping for a place to store your stuff, you dont necessarily expect to leave feeling like youve just made a new friend! So, Extra Space Storage, youve got a gem at the Margate location. ? The facility is great. The location is great. The unit is exactly what I needed. And Mrs. V? WellMrs. V is EVERYTHING! ?? Sometimes you walk into a place expecting to look around for a few minutes and walk out with a storage unit, a smile on your face, and a story to tell. That was my visit to the Margate locationand Im so glad I stopped by!
