07-09-2025Been here for almost a year now. Intro rate good for three months then my rent went up which I expected. They got me down to a better rate then 6 months later it went up again by $20z. They said I should have received a postcard which really surprised me. I would think something like a rate change would rate an email. I get emails when I make payments. This is a great storage area with clean, air conditioned buildings and a wonderful staff. Just make sure you are informed of the rates, possible price changes and notification policies. I would give 4 stars but I got blindsided by this latest rate increase.

06-28-2025Clean Facility, good security and all access doors and gates can be opened via Bluetooth from the Extra Space app. The onsite manager Mark is great to work with. I have worked with many Extra Space managers in the past and Mark is one of the best,
