Olivia was exceptional she went above and beyond her call of duty to help me, very knowledgeable about her job and her personality is infectious, just and all around pleasure to work with, wish I could give her 10 stars!!!! No matter who's present on any given day, I can be certain that I'm in good hands because they've proven they communicate and keep each other informed so that each customer receives VIP treatment and whatever may have promised or discussed if either was not or would not be available to complete a process for whatever reason.
