12-18-2025I've been storing stuff there for about a year; the units are clean and well cared for, the hardware is tough, and the staff is extremely helpful. When someone did break into my unit recently, they didn't get very far insofar as access and look like they gave up to search for easier targets. Additionally, the staff went out of their way to help us clean up and fix the problem. That kind of helpfulness isn't common anymore.

12-18-2025Jason was an enormous help to us when our unit was broken into. He shepherded us through the process we needed to follow as a result. There is security camera footage they will be pulling to figure out how it happened and who it was. Also, the units are clean and the whole facility is in good order.

12-05-2025Contract was not clear and rent doubled after three months without my prior knowledge. One of the doors to my building had a broken keypad and so people would often leave it ajar. The gate is super slow- it's very easy to tailgate. I found the security was too lax. Otherwise the space was clean and there were no major issues with the actual storage. Checkout was super easy and straightforward.
