05-18-2025Very good place to rent! I reserved a space in the lot next door for large vehicle storage. I was given space 11 but with a split axle flatbed trailer, I couldn't safely get into the space as it very close to the front fence. I called and spoke with HJ and she instructed me to come over to the leasing office to do the transfer paperwork. Super simple and she was able to get me in the space that I had already parked my truck in(so I wasn't blocking anyone in). Hj is very friendly and personable! We actually chatted for a bit about something else for probably a good 20ish minutes! Excellent customer service! Update: So I had a buddy of mine move all of my stuff into a storage unit and also park my car in my semi truck space. I called and talked to a different lady as HJ is still out of the office, and asked her if my buddy can drop my car keys off at the office so I didn't have to drop my trailer, bobtail to the house to get my car keys and then bobtail back. She was totally okay with that! That saved me a good 45 minutes on the day I came home! So still A+++ service here!
