He even planned other, bigger storage units for us to look at in case we changed our minds from the one we originally reserved (thankfully since we decided to rent the next size up!). He was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, you can 100% feel the difference between the climate controlled units and the non-climate controlled. Highly recommend! Ask for Dale!
