01-15-2026**** Update. Brooke saved the day. All is well. So much better when a real conversion is had. Brooke is awesome. This Nancy person is something else. Mean as hell. Definitely the right person for collection calls. I moved in Dec 26, 2025. Called me on Jan 2, 2026. Told me I have to pay $80 or else. Or else? Then she hang up. I called back, picked up then hang up. I want to speak to the Nancy Everyone is raving about. Ive only been there for 7 days and Im locked out, just like Nancy said. So customer service unlocked the gate for me. Nancy, Ive been there for 7 days. Dont lock me out. Im on your side girl. We on the same team. 1 star is not final. You were just way too rough and hang up on me. Then I got locked out. 7 days Nancy. Cmon man.

01-12-2026Came here a few months back and the lady running this place was awfully rude. Inquired about the storage units and she was very unhelpful. I asked if she could please take it easy as I just wanted to see a couple of units to gauge the size and that seemed to really set her off even more. She said I needed to know and select the size I wanted beforehand. This is sometimes hard to gauge and just wanted to have a look to decide between the two I had in mind but she refused to take me to any of the units. You will leave here with your blood pressure through the roof from the interaction. Found a better one that was willing to show me around and let me choose the right storage unit that fit my needs. It was worth the peace of mind.
