I received a call from Juan from ESS letting me know that my rate adjustment had gone through. It made my day! Living in a small house has led to needing a storage unit. I greatly appreciate the great customer service that I always get with this location's staff. So helpful! And, even though it is not a unit with A/C, my possessions are in good condition without any issues of mold or mildew to date. Finally, an added bonus for me is getting to watch the incoming flights on approach to PBIA, up close while visiting my unit! Thanks ??!
