08-30-2026I had rented a 5x10 unit yesterday & was planning on using it until my shed was completely built. Well, 27 hours later , my shed was completed . I called the storage manager of the foothill & Cottonwood store , & Stephen Banks ( manager) was so pleasant to talk to . He greeted me with enthusiasm & compassion. Just really down to earth . He refunded my payment & wished me the best . Really friendly manager. I will definitely use this storage in the future & refer to my family & friends . Thank you Stephen Banks !! YOU ROCK SIR!!
