05-30-2025I have used Extra Space several times in the past and really appreciate the indoor climate controlled storage units. I find their rates reasonable and the employees friendly and helpful. I am currently using the Fulcrum Way facility in Rio Rancho. Julie is super helpful and patient with helping me get reacquainted with the moving experience. Thanks Julie and shout out to Alex too!

04-01-2025Just when you think customer service is not a priority in today's society anymore, you run across a Julie who reminds you people still care. She was super helpful, made sure I had checked online ads and other resources for bargains and deals, and then explained the details. I would have paid more and got less if I had been left on my own.
