This is an excellent storage unit, the lady at the counter (forgot her name) deserves the highest remarks. She works as if she owns the place, cleaning, always answering phones, and is a huge asset to this location. Location itself is well kept, clean, and from my three years of storing here, never had security issues, no leaking units, and overall its a very nice location. WHY ONLY 3 STARS? I started rending from here for $180/mo for my unit, within a short span of 34 months it went to $310 and another price increase two months ago to just under $370. A 106% increase over three years is a but too much for me to consider fair. ($4,400 a year for those wondering who want to just store random knick-knacks). I suppose at $1.50 a sqft it's within a market rate. But I digress. Great units non-the-less and if you need something stored where cost is of no issue, then this location will come highly recommended form me.
Raye is Great. Cheryl was great today

I want to give a huge shoutout to Cheryl at Public Storage. She has amazing customer service, is always so helpful, and brings such positive energy every time I see her. Yesterday I accidentally broke my key inside my lock, and Cheryl went above and beyond to help me get it out so I could use my spare. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and dedication. Employees like Cheryl are rareplease dont let this one get away!
