07-12-2026Not happy. Brought my boat and trailer here bc of the convenience factor of the location and was willing to pay a premium. Was initially asked how long I'd be staying by corporate and I told them 12 months+. Not once did they inform me that they would be getting rid of us 3-4 months into the lease until the last month. Now I have to get up and bring it somewhere else once again and pay more doc fees. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is for the manager, JuJu. She was absolutely fantastic at her job and wish I could take her with me! If I could leave two reviews, it would be 1 star for Extra Space and 5 stars for JuJu! If you guys (extra space) are going to be making more money by kicking us out, consider a pay raise for JuJu and her hard work trying to move likely 50 unhappy customers! Thank you JuJu and shame on you extra space for kicking us loyal customers to the curb! Pictures of how well they maintained my spot for me while there...have to walk thru a weed jungle to unlock my trailer. Do better for your customers Extra Space! Corporate offered me to not charge for the days I didn't use, how gracious of them...NOT
