08-31-2026At a time when customer service is EXTINCT I was blessed to have the great experience of dealing with GLENNIS what a WANDERFUL EXCELLENT COURTEOUS SWEET PROFESSIONAL ETCGLENNIS a public storage employee who goes the extra mile for her customers. Elevators were not working within a minute she was there helping us customers with a smile and great attitude. Then needed to downsize called her she told me to go to the office got to the office less than 5 minutes she got me into a smaller unit again with a smile on her face and the most pleasant personality. She is truly an ASSET to public storage family. Please take the time to recognize this employee for her GREAT job!!!
