06-06-2025Was not told about a large 2x2 pole that went through the space until after we had put our payments/deposit in. Had to re-admit for a different space, and they did not have another the same size, so we had to go up in size (and price) and did not receive our processing/admission fees back. The front desk person was very kind, and was able to get back a very small portion of the fees, so I am thankful for that. Unfortunately we were moving from one unoccupied to another unoccupied storage space and we lost out on money even though it was not our doing. Again, the person at the front desk was pleasant, so that is why I am giving more stars.

06-01-2025Super experience - I rented a unit on Friday - rented online, and when I got to the facility to access the unit I was met with the incredibly friendly and helpful manager who walked me through how to access the facility, showed me the different entrances & elevators, and fully addressed all my questions. First class experience.
