08-28-2024I stored the contents of my parents' home in an Extra Space Storage climate-controlled unit for over 10 years, and I never had any sort of issue during the entire time. The facility was consistently clean, very secure, and completely dry; there was never a humidity or dampness issue. Plus the staff was always friendly and helpful. If I ever need a storage facility in the future, they will be my first choice!

Allan, the manager, provides terrific customer service, listening to our needs and requests and offering thoughtful solutions that helped us out during our move. He also thoughtfully sends out updates on price changes or any other issue ahead of time to assist tenants in budgeting and planning. The property is always clean and the location is easily accessible. I'm happy to write a 5 star review.

07-19-2024Allan is the storage manager and was so helpful and friendly! I stopped by today to tour the storage unit facility and pay for a unit. Allan answered any questions I had, as well as made sure I was aware of all the loading decks, how to get in, how to use the locks, etc. By the end of our tour I was extremely confident to sign a lease and felt safe with the property/where my stuff was being stored. Pricing options were great and Allan was very transparent on working with me if needed come renewal time when rates will eventually go up. The process to get a unit was smooth and fast, which I appreciated a lot during the stress of moving. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage :) Malik and Allan are both great!
