06-25-2024I've been a customer at this storage facility for 15 years. When Extra Space took over they made a lot of improvements to security (new doors & locks, more secure entry & exit) and general tidiness. It's more expensive, but they made a clear investment in the remodel. The staff has also been very friendly and helpful. UPDATE: June 2024. I just downsized to a smaller unit, and manager Rosa was super-helpful in finding me the right size space for my needs, and making the whole process as painless as possible. The overall facility is still clean and secure. Thanks!
